Refund
Refunds are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of the parcel delivered. We cannot accept unconditional refunds due to the special nature of electronic components.
Please contact our support team for any issues immediately once you receive your parcels, including but not limited to the reasons below:
Not received the parcel normally
Yes, we guarantee a refund or resend your order if you haven't received the parcel beyond the regular shipping days, except in cases where the customer is responsible for unsuccessful delivery, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, failing to complete customs clearance due to customer reasons, etc.
Note: If the following issues occur: extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance delays, local protests, etc. In such cases, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery, but we will try our best to assist you.
Missing items
First, check that you have received all boxes associated with your order. Then fully empty each box you received; sometimes small parts get caught in crevices or packing material. If you still cannot find your item, please contact our customer service right away. Include a description of the missing quantities and pictures of the whole parcel. We will forward them to our warehouse to check the monitoring records and packing picture records.

Return
By returning products to HK-KINGDOM, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from HK-KINGDOM and there has been no substitution in whole or in part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or other such sources. Returns must be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except for defective products).
General Rules
- Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of parcel delivery
- For defective products: Please provide a third-party quality report of nonconforming products
- Return freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments
- Any customs charges and other fees shall be paid by the customer if the return is due to customer reasons, such as purchasing parts by mistake, etc.
- The customer will pay all fees when returns are due to customer error. If your return is due to our error, we will not charge any restocking fee
Return due to buyer's change of purchase intention
- The return is accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package
- The parts must be well packed and unused or undamaged
- Return freight must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments
- The buyer pays customs fees and other related fees
